Searching the Market for Creatine? Are you wondering:
What is Creatine?
What is the Best Creatine On The Market?
Does Creatine use produce Side Effects?
These are the questions I was asking myself just a few months ago.
A while back during one of my workouts I heard a few of the guys at the gym talking about creatine. They were comparing notes about the benefits they were experiencing since they began using the supplement. Since, at that time I knew very little about creatine I decided I needed to do a little research.
I had been told by others that creatine was not some dangerous form of steroid or a foreign synthetic substance but, was actually a chemical that was produced naturally by our bodies and it was perfectly safe to use as a supplement. They also claimed that creatine could provide me with the added boost I was looking for in my workouts (better pumps and faster recovery) to help build muscle. However, if I was going to start using creatine and begin putting some new supplement into my body I wanted to make sure I was getting the best creatine available today; so I needed to find the answers to these questions myself.
What is Creatine?
Finding out what creatine is was pretty easy, there is plenty of information available that provided a good explaination of the supplement. In fact, if you’re new to creatine the above video does a good job at explaining the ins and outs of the supplement.

I was also concerned about taking a supplement that would cause side effects but discovered than most people are able to take creatine without experiencing any problems. However, there have been some rare cases where creatine has produced side effects but, these adverse side effects were usually caused by failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations and excessive use of the supplement. Some of the side effects may include:

- Upset stomach
However, trying to find the answer to my last question concerning the best creatine on the market was another story. In addition, there are literally 100’s of different brands of creatine available. As my research continued I became more frustrated. I found that prices for creatine were all over the board and more companies offering the supplement seemed to appear on the market every day. I began talking to different people at the gym and checking the different manufactures websites but got nowhere fast. Everyone I spoke to and every site I visited claimed their creatine was the best for one reason or another.
I had to keep in mind that just because a company claims they have the best creatine really means nothing without something to back it up. After all this was the company’s opinion about their own creatine supplement and they weren’t going to advertise it as being second best. It reminded me of when I was in New York City and walked past 10 different coffee shops; each one of them claimed they had the best coffee in the world!
Satisfied that creatine would be a beneficial, safe choice, I had no option except to begin compiling my own data on the various creatine supplements available. I slowly began pouring through a ton of articles and reviews on the different forms and types of creatine available. Finally, after a considerable amount of time I narrow the candidates down and made a choice on what I belive is the Best Creatine on the Market.
