Directions

Recommended Use: Mix one heaping teaspoon in 8 to 10 ounces of juice or water. Drink immediately. To maximize results, drink 8 to 10 8-oz glasses of water daily. Creatine Loading Phase: Day 1 through Day 5: Take 1 heaping teaspoon 4 to 6 times daily. Creatine Maintenance Phase: Day 6 Forward: Take 1 heaping teaspoon twice daily.

    I have been using this AST Micronized Creatine of and off for years, this is the only Micronized Creatine I stand behind, and Recommend to other people, AST MIcronized Creatine, when taken as suggested, gives you a great pump, and helps with muscular mass, and weight gain (muscle weight, Not Fat) no BMI fat changes have been noticed,
    just an increase in muscle weight, size, thickness, and Pump. This has been my experience, and has been about the same for those to whom I have recommended this to, thus so far, ( granted some muscle growth was a little lower, and some were much more than mine, in size and thickness),
    which I attribute to difference in each persons genetic diversity, as well diet, and exercise, age, health, etc.

    It is my first time trying micronized and it definitely works better than the standard stuff but it is still slightly gritty when drinking with water. I am sure smoothies or juices would mask it a lot better but it is truly tasteless so no worries either way,
